Really love these shirts! I've bought 6 of them so far, 3 of them to wear out and the other '3' to workout in!!
I ordered a 2xl and I'm 6'1 240lbs, it fits me nice, I'm on the bigger side with my chest size so I feel in the shirt alot more but, overall the sleeves and length are great.
