RETURN POLICY

 Return Policy 

  • VITAL APPAREL purchases may be returned within 30 days of original purchase if the customer is not satisfied with their product or it does not fit. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
  • Free Exchanges! We will pay for the shipping costs for an exchange process!
  • CLEARANCE ITEMS HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY!
  • All returned products must be sent back in their original new condition, unworn, and unwashed. Failure to do so will result in the item being sent back with no refund. If the items are covered in excessive hair (human or pet) there will be a $10 restocking fee deducted from the refund. 
  • We only allow ONE free exchange per individual order. If you order multiple items you must exchange/return them at the same time, if you decide you want to exchange/return a second item from that order after you already sent back one of them you must pay for the shipping costs.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks after you have shipped a return for a confirmation email to be sent with instructions for a store credit or exchange. 
  • Please allow 3 BUSINESS days (excludes weekends and holidays) for your return to be processed and exchange items sent or refund sent. 
  • Refunds take between 3-5 business days to be processed back to the original payment method. 
  • If you requested an return for store credit you will be emailed a store credit gift card.

Order Policy 

  • Any products for sale listed as pre-orders CANNOT be cancelled. All regular products ordered in the same order as a pre-order product can ONLY be shipped with the pre-order product on the listed dates pre-order products are expected to ship.
  • VITAL APPAREL can NOT change the address once an order has been placed, please ensure you enter the correct shipping information. 
  • Cancellations- We pride ourselves on fast shipping to our customers, as soon as an order is placed we proceed to process and ship the product. Because of this we do not allow cancellations after payment has been made.
  • VITAL APPAREL is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been handed over to USPS, UPS, Fedex please ensure you have a safe space for package delivery. These shipping companies are fully responsible for package delivery, if under any circumstances your package is lost or stolen you must file a claim through USPS, UPS, Fedex. Please reach out to VITAL APPAREL customer support if this does happen, and we may assist you in the claim.

    Shipping Policy 

    • All purchases placed before 8AM CST will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders made after 9AM CST may be processed and shipped the following business day. 
    • All Domestic orders will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail, USPS 1-3 Day Priority Mail, or UPS ground. 
    • VITAL APPAREL does not ship on weekends or holidays. If the order is placed past the order cut off time PM CST on a Friday or the day before a holiday the order may be processed and shipped the following business day.  
    • VITAL APPAREL does NOT offer free shipping on international orders. International orders may take up to 2 business days of handling time before processed and shipped.
