- VITAL APPAREL can NOT change the address once an order has been placed, please ensure you enter the correct shipping information.
- Cancellations- We pride ourselves on fast shipping to our customers, as soon as an order is placed we proceed to process and ship the product. Because of this we do not allow cancellations after payment has been made.
- VITAL APPAREL is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been handed over to USPS, UPS, Fedex please ensure you have a safe space for package delivery. These shipping companies are fully responsible for package delivery, if under any circumstances your package is lost or stolen you must file a claim through USPS, UPS, Fedex. Please reach out to VITAL APPAREL customer support if this does happen, and we may assist you in the claim.
- All purchases placed before 8AM CST will be processed and shipped the same day. All orders made after 9AM CST may be processed and shipped the following business day.
- All Domestic orders will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail, USPS 1-3 Day Priority Mail, or UPS ground.
VITAL APPAREL does not ship on weekends or holidays. If the order is placed past the order cut off time PM CST on a Friday or the day before a holiday the order may be processed and shipped the following business day.
- VITAL APPAREL does NOT offer free shipping on international orders. International orders may take up to 2 business days of handling time before processed and shipped.
